Obverse:  Three-quarters facing left bust of Alfonso, wearing armor and cap. Around, ALFONSVS · FERDI / DVX · CALABRIE (Alfonso, son of Ferdinand, duke of Calabria). On left plate of armor, incised armorer's mark ASA surmounted by crown and with A's topped by small crosses.
Reverse:  Triumphal entry into city, with Alfonso seated on a high car at right drawn by two horses, preceded by procession of soldiers and horsemen with bound Turkish prisoners driven in front of them through a city gate. Beyond the gate buildings of the city and water of the coastline, with hills in the background topped by buildings. Incised above, NEAPOLIS · VICTRIX (Victorious Naples). Incised on tablet in exergue held by two winged putti, OBITALIAMACFI / DEMRESTITVTAM / MCCCCLXXXI (For recovery of the Faith and Italy, 1481). Incised signature below, OPVS AND · G · PRATENS (The work of Andrea Guacialoti of Prato).
